A 32ª Ronda Crioula de Cachoeirinha será de 13 a 23 de setembro, no CTG Rancho da Saudade. O evento é aberto ao público e tem como finalidade celebrar as tradições gaúchas. Durante a semana, as atividades são voltadas às escolas: diariamente, às 8h, acontece o hasteamento das bandeiras; depois, ao longo da manhã e da tarde, serão realizadas oficinas culturais tradicionalistas, ciranda escolar, prosa sobre a chama crioula, visita orientada pela Ronda, além da participação da patrona, Maria Celene Rocha, e muito mais. Às 18h, ocorre o arriamento das bandeiras.
Conforme a secretária de Cultura, Esporte, Lazer e Turismo, Sonia Rejane, a Ronda Crioula também trará para a cidade a apresentação de música gauchesca do jornalista e narrador Pedro Ernesto Denardin, no dia 14 de setembro, às 21h. “Já estamos com 22 invernadas inscritas para o rodeio, das cidades de Cachoeirinha, Bagé, Casca, entre outras”, completa a titular da pasta. A programação conta ainda com diversos shows, à noite, tais como Tchê Fagundes, Tranco Monarca, Tchê Barbaridade, Tchê Guri e Os Tiranos.
Já em Gravataí a Chama Crioula chegou na manhã de 1º de setembro. Recepcionados pelo vice-prefeito Áureo Tedesco e a patroa do CTG anfitrião Simone Bouvier, os cavalarianos percorreram o Estado e conduziram a centelha durante 22 dias até o CTG Carreteiros da Saudade, na Bonsucesso, onde deram início às atividades da Semana Farroupilha de Gravataí.
O comandante dos Cavaleiros da Busca da Chama Crioula no Vale do Gravataí, Marçal Dias Peixoto, entregou a centelha ao vice-prefeito e à patroa, juntamente com a secretária da SMCEL Fernanda Fraga. As autoridades acenderam o fogo de chão e, posteriormente, a chama crioula do CTG, marcando oficialmente o início dos festejos Farroupilhas na cidade.
