Chegando o verão, as academias começam a encher, as pessoas começam a controlar mais a alimentação e demonstram uma maior preocupação com o corpo. Essas preocupações levam as pessoas a desejarem mudanças em seus hábitos. Mas é claro, algumas mudanças são mais difíceis que outras, e o hábito alimentar é um comportamento como qualquer outro, e é preciso esforço e persistência na hora da modificação.
Muitas vezes o comer traz consigo o bem estar momentâneo, ou está relacionado a ideias que temos sobre esse momento, por exemplo como sendo uma ferramenta para estabelecer vínculos sociais. Comer pode estar sendo usado como estratégia para lidar com emoções, afim de aliviar desconfortos que nada tem a ver com a fome.
Você já se perguntou o porque come?
Muitas vezes não é por necessidade física. Perceber os motivos pode te ajudar a escolher melhor como lidar com esse impulso.
Outra análise importante de se fazer é: como você come?
E por “como” eu não estou me referindo ao plano alimentar, horários e tipos de alimentos, até porque essa não é minha área de formação. Minha pergunta tem a ver com que postura e consciência tens quando estás comendo.
Muitas vezes comemos de forma desatenta e impulsiva! Não vivenciamos o momento de comer com plenitude. Isso pode propiciar inicialmente o não registro da saciedade, ou seja, teu corpo não percebe que já está satisfeito, provocando o comer em quantidade maior que a necessária, e reforçando o piloto automático do comer no impulso.
Você tem se percebido quando está comendo?
Tenha em mente que perceber-se comendo irá colaborar para que tu tenhas uma relação diferente com o comer, e não o faça apenas por impulso ou apenas para compensar uma emoção desconfortável.
O hábito de comer é sim uma necessidade física, mas precisamos aprender a olhar para isso como um comportamento que pode apresentar diferentes funções e que muitas vezes não são emitidos por questões orgânicas, e pode ser modificado. Se observe e reflita sobre a função que tem na tua vida, você pode estar comendo pelos motivos errados, dificultando criar um novo hábito alimentar.
