Na correria das cidades, o tempo voa e as pessoas tendem a correr cada dia mais para conseguir dar conta de tantas demandas. Mas, Lúcia Lane Flores prova que é possível levar uma vida mais leve e natural. Quem a conhece surpreende-se pela serenidade no olhar e o jeito alternativo de conduzir o dia a dia.
Natural da cidade de Criciumal, aos 11 anos deixou de ingerir embutidos e, aos 17 anos também de comer carne. A adoção de uma alimentação mais saudável e natural começou quando descobriu a forma como os animais eram abatidos. Já adulta, surpreendeu a família ao tornar-se vegana, ou seja, além das carnes, a dieta também exclui o consumo de todos os derivados do leite. Mas, durante a gravidez, há 18 anos, voltou a comer massas para não comprometer a saúde da filha. Foi quando decidiu apostar na venda de pães sem glúten e outros produtos saudáveis. Hoje, atende clientes nos municípios de Cachoeirinha e Porto Alegre. Ainda assim, o estresse passa longe.
Aos 53 anos, mora com a filha e o marido e sempre que é possível vão acampar para fugir da correria da cidade. Nas férias preferem ficar o mais próximo possível da natureza. Para o futuro, o desejo de morar em algum lugar que priorize a natureza. “Vivo num mundo diferente de mim. A poluição me entristece e é um salve-se quem puder o tempo inteiro. O ser humano precisa repensar os seus valores”, aconselha.
